1. Does this ash catcher fit a beaker bong?Yes, this 90-degree model is specifically designed for rigs where the joint is vertical. If your bong has a slanted downstem (45 degrees), we recommend looking for our 45-degree variant to keep the perc level.
2. How much water should I add?Fill the water just until it covers the top row of slits on the Matrix percolator. The Swiss holes above will handle any excess splash, but overfilling may increase draw resistance.
3. Will this make my bong harder to pull?Because of the high-flow Matrix perc, the added resistance is minimal. Most users find the tradeoff for cleaner, cooler smoke well worth the slight change in draw.
4. How often should I clean the ash catcher?To keep your main rig pristine, we recommend rinsing the ash catcher daily. For a deep clean, use a mixture of coarse salt and isopropyl alcohol to clear the fine slits in the Matrix perc.
